You should try to use antidandruf shampoo for headwash. Clean your lid margins with John son baby shampoo and then apply some antibiotic eye ointment on your lid margins 3 times a day. Put some lubricating eye drops like refresh tears 4times a day.Do visit an ophthalmologist
