Forward bulging of eye is called as proptosis. In order to first confirm if u have a pseudoproptois or true proptosis, u need to visit an oculoplastic surgeon in person. Orbital decompression will be adviced by oculopasty surgeons only if necessary and if proptosis is more. Proptosis complete evaluation will also require blood tests to see for any blood or thyroid related abnormalities
