I had my eye check up and got a power of -0.75 spherical in my left eye and -0.5 cylindrical in right eye ..is there any complications because of two power types in two eyes and is it necessary to wear glasses

Hello A.. There is no complication because of two different powers in two eyes B.  Ideally yes... You should wear glasses all the time to see clear
