My ear pops when swallowing

Every time  I swallow ...or yawn my left side ear pops ...also when I blow my nose both ear sounds. My ear pains when hearing sound of high pitch ...earlier it doesn't happen Plz help

You are having eustachian tube block most probably due to a cold. Take warm fluids, cetrizine and paracetamol. Consult an ENT specialist if the problem persists.
