My denture are paining and bleeding

2020-04-11 07:17:42
I met with an accident few years back and my dentist instead of fixing my just 2 teeth, made all four teeth with some material. Though they look beautiful lately I'm experiencing pain in the following area starting from my nose. Whenever I wake up in morning there is blood on my teeths and it's very sticky. I think I have infection. I can't get out in quarantine can someone help me with basic medicine or even homemade remedies it would be really appreciated

Not to worry.Blood is most likely due to gum disease. And pain is due to infection in teeth or structure surrounding teeth.Take:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals Do Omnident toothpaste, apply it for 15 minutes and brush with soft brush from gums towards the teeth Warm saline rinses between meals Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days ☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg ☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water OR Tramadol OR Voveran

Get an xray done of the effected area.. Go to a nearby dental hospital or a hospital with dental wing.. I think you require root canal treatment for the effected teeth... Till the time you don't get any treatment and if your blood pressure is not high, then take Tab Zymoflam D twice a day or if pain is more make it thrice a day along with Cap Oxyrab Dsr once in morning...

Your teeth can pain either due to infected root canal if the replacement was given without RCT, if it is already Root canal treated (RCT) then the RCT might have failed, the bleeding might be either from gums or a draining abscess. To confirm the Since you have not mentioned about any swelling you can take a simple pain killer (zerodol P three times a day) to control pain and use a chlorexidine mouth rinse to control bleeding in gums. X rays has to be take before any procedure is done. If u you oh develop any swelling pls consult a dentist who will prescribe antibiotics if required to control the swelling and spread of infections
