My daughter limping left leg

My daughter not walking properly ,she is limping left leg but there is no pain at all,we touched ,pressed both legs but there is no reaction from my child,we consulted doctor but he taken lightly and said to some muscle spam and it will set automatically.but still my walking like that kindly advice what to do now,
