You can repeat it if spitted out within 15-20 min. Otherwise if fever persists then you can give meftal p. You can give meftal 3 times a day (at gap of 8 hours)

If baby spitted or vomited within 15-20 min..repeat the dose. It's better ..to go for syrup as the baby increasing in age and weight...as wastage factor will be low..even baby spit with syrup and over dose chances will be minimum. P125 can be given 4-6 times a day max with gap of 4-6 hours. Consult pediatrician regarding adding or changing to other medicine for controlling fever like meftal
