Regular oil application to the body, exercise (walk, Yoga are best), proper timely sleep, balanced healthy diet, positive thoughts etc are important. Along with it Ayurved provides safe/effective treatment for such kind of problems.

Hello ma'am, Can you please share the MRI report...??? Have they mentioned about the peripheral drainage in the case of ruptured/perforated cyst...? If it is segnificant then you need consult with a gynecologist or a general surgeon. Laparoscopic evacuation may be needed. Don't ignore it. It can cause infection if not treated in time. Acne, depression, hair loss is very common in the case of PCOS due to hormonal imbalance. For that you can start this ayurvedic treatment, * रजःप्रवर्तनी वटी - 1 tablet twice a day. * कुमारीआसव - 4 teaspoon twice a day with equal amount of Luke warm water. * कांचनार गुग्गुळ - 1 tablet twice a day. Don't miss the dose. Repeat sonography after 3 months. Contact for more details.
