My date was on 21st but still I missed I m unmarried. So is there any medicine to get periods instantly.

If u r sexually active do a urine pregnancy test. Other causes include pcos , hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorders , ovarian cysts etc. A baseline ultrasound is necessary.
