My dad age is 56 he always feel tired and he cant stand for too long we visited so many hospitals but nothing has helped ,he was using oleanz 2.5 for depression and sleep ,please any one tell whats the problem is ?

Get his hba1c,vitb12,vitd,hb done. Tab pand40(1-0-1)before food.5days. Syr ciplactin plus (5ml-5ml-5ml)before food. 1month.
