Is 2.5 year old she has fever from last 4 to 5 days and she has a cough problem with mucus she has done a vomiting with cough what can I do

Hi, any fever more than 2 days, workup for fever is recommended, to know the underlying cause. Kindly consult a nearby pediatrician and get her evaluated for fever and cough. Vomiting after cough is known as post tussive Vomiting and nothing much to worry about, could be part of respiratory tract infection and needs further evaluation.
