According to me stop milk from 8amto8pm &give semisolid diet like Dal, Dalia khichdi, rice, alu kela, apple, uppama, halwa,patolia,rab,kadi,idli,poha,satu.
Give milk from 8pmto8am, mother milk is preferable, if top milk is given ,do not dilute, add
sugar as per your taste.
It should be strict to stop milk in day.
If baby wt is around 10 -11kg. Don't persuade for force feeding.
If baby is active&playful ,she is receiving required energy.
You should know 100ml milk gives 70 calories of energy, 100ml juices give 55 calories of energy, 100gm food gives 350 calories of energy.
