My C reactive protein is high

I was hospitalized for one week due to heaviness in chest and breathlessness after i was detected with covid positive on 19 april, It has been two months i have recovered from covid. Today I have got my post covid health check up done. All reports are ok except c reactive protien which is 15.2 (pic attached). Please help, what can be the underlying reasons and what are next steps?
