My both ancle bones are paining, if I press on both ancle's getting pain and I feel the tightness feeling. Know ndly suggest what need to be done. Of I stand for more than 1 hour I will get pain in my feet.please prescribe the medicine

Have you had any fever recently? Swelling in the ankle could be an orthopedic or cardiac or renal problem. Keep it elevated to reduce the swelling.
