Is the baby formula fed or breast fed? If the baby is passing urine adequately and is feeding well, there is no need to worry. Passing stools infrequently is normal at this age, if the baby is comfortable otherwise and the abdomen is soft. No need for any herbal medicine
Health Tips
Ghutti, gripe water do more harm than good. Please avoid

Hi, Delay in stools is usually considered normal at this stage if the child is passing urine adequately, feeding well and  gaining good weight
Next Steps
No need of any medicines or herbal products. Always prefer breast feeding the child instead of formula feeds

Hi. Babies on breast feed pass stools once in 6-8 days. If baby is active and feeding well, nothing to worry
