My 9months old baby is not gaining weight and height. I started semi solids after 5months. After started solids, she is passing stool after every feed(its not watery sometimes hard and mostly looks normal but not properly digestive sometimes). While breastfeeding she was passing stool for every 5 to 7days. I am giving cerelac, millet mix, rice, breast milk and formula milk. She is active but not crawling.her birth weight is 2.8kgs and now she is 6.4kgs
