My baby have a rashes on his forehead and neck,i use dettrol when he take bath,but suddently the rashes was seen,no allergy prblm he have,and his age was 1.5 yr,pls suggest me wht to do

Stop using Dettol for anything. It is the most horrible thing to do. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
