My baby girl 9 months old has got rashes in her vagina I dono why and I changed her huggies dry pants n photo is attached below kindly let me know wt to be done

This is diaper dermatitis. Apply siloderm cream three times a day for 5 days. Also stop wearing diaper for a week and keep the area dry immediately after child passes stools or urine.
