Urine passing droplet & very painfull what is the problem what will do any solution given to my child

Do  routine urine testing.and sonography KUB. Consult with reports as earky as possible. In the mean time give plenty of fluids water, coconut water

It can be either urinary tract infection or infection of the genitilia.   Give plenty of fluids to drink. If persitent pain, should consult a Paediatrician for ruling out infection.
Next Steps
Plenty of  liquid intake.  consult Paediatrician if required.
