My artery uterine pressure

In my NT scan at 13th weeks of pregnancy ,PI values of artery pressure doppler are 1.7 (left) and 2.1 ( right) and MoM value 1.45 . Doctor said report is normal and given ecosprin 150mg.Please advise is there is any concern

Uterine artery PI usually falls at around 16-20 weeks only . However it is better to have a baseline PI at the time of NT scan
