From all ur above symptoms i can say that u have low selfesteem,anxity,depression .U can fight with all this problems on ur own to enhance ur self confidence level,change ur behaviour,change ur view point to the facts of life.
If u cant do it alone then u can take external help by consulting psychologist online or offline.With the help of few counseling sessions and behaviour therapy u gain ur confidence amd get ur life back to the right track.
