There had been an operation done by which slit of the penis was made when he was nearly 6 years old.as he is autistic and cannot tell his problems we assume it to be some kind of irritation in his penis since when he shouts and becomes furious he points out sometimes.moreover it beomes enlargd at times and he even cries and finds himself uncomfortable to open it.

U need to get a urine check done to rule out urine infection. Also clean the head of the penis with savlon and apply Neosporin or Bacitracin ointment. If there is a swelling u need to consult your pediatrician
