My 8 months old daughter head feel warm

My daughter's head warm and other body part not feel like fever. Sometime fever measure 103. Doctor suggested to give Flexon Suspension 5ml while feel fever. But don't understand why every time her head, plams if hands and sole of feel feel warm. Please help us for this.

measure temp, if it is more than 100 then fever. if body, feet and hands are worm no need to worry.
