My 5 months baby has cold can I use Montelukasr levocetrizine dychloride syrup along with Cefixime Oral ip..

Please avoid antibiotics for cold. Use only if prescribed by a pediatrician. They are usually  not needed if there if no fever. Montelukast is not given  in such young babies. Please use nasoclear nasal drops and Sinarest AF drops.

No. Avoid antibiotics unnecessarily and always consult a paediatrician before starting. Give maxtra drops for the cold Do steam inhalation
