Ny son got small bumps around face and neck and hand. Does he had chickenpox. Pls check photos and confirm me if it is skin it will spread whole body? Feel sometimes itching

It could be molluscum contagiosum.. a viral infection.. please ask him to avoid fiddling and get a direct consultation for proper treatment to avoid spreading to other areas
