My 3 year old son has dry cough .

Hello doctor.,my 3 year old had running nose with dry cough And no fever  ( it's probably due to the weather/pollution outside ), . His cold is better now ( was giving him sinarest ). ,but he still have dry cough ( what antiallergic cough syrup can I give him ?).

If and only if it is allergic cough, u can give syp montaire LC kid 5 ml At night time
