My baby 3 month old not gaining fat after driniking lactogen on doc suggestn.. She z 5 kg in 3 months nd skinny

Babies are to be breastfed 2 years or more. Why Lactogen started? Are you giving Lactogen as per instructions and  properly diluted. 5 Kg weight is in normal range. If possible, restart breastfeeding Vitamin D 400 units daily
