My 11 month old baby is sneezing and have runny nose continuosly along with water running from eyes and little cough what should I do.. A lot of water is coming out of her eye

Give warm water to drink with honey, soup, add haldi in food or if giving milk. Instill nasoclear nasal drops 1 drop 3 times a day in each nostril. Run hot water in bathroom and after steam comes, hold the baby with you for 10 mins or till baby is comfortable. Clean nose using nose cleaner available online like pigeon brand. Give Sinarest AF drops 0.5ml twice a day for 3 days
