Rct , PC and crown are best treatment options But just make sure that treatment is done by a specialist .. then u will find all costs justified .. Make sure treating person is an MDS Endodontist ( Rct specialist)
Next Steps
U have Practo . Find the right guy to do the job ...

If you have caries then you must go for rct ..post and core and prosthesis. Rates of each treatment varies from place to place, doctor and material charges. He might be using very good quality material that's why he is telling you those charges. And if you thinking of getting extracted your teeth and replaced by implants then it will costs you more than 25 k per implant.  It's more costly. And being implantologist I want to suggest you if your teeth prognosis is good..you should go for rct post and core and prosthesis.
