Muscle pain in biceps triceps n forearm

2 days ago my wife got her blood pressure checked. Since then she has unbearable pain in biceps triceps and forearm. It has started to spread throughout the left arm including shoulders and left side back. We have been just spraying Volini and hoping for it to heal. First day there were red color rashes as well. No gym or any other activities done which could cause the problem. Please advice what could be the lroby and which scan can we do to check it.

These things are very common with tight cuffs. It should take a week or two to subside but if it is very painful meet a orthopaedician
