Hello respected Doctors Age 25M Location India Medicines currently None Problem Frequent Jerks while trying to sleep I've been experiencing these jerks whenever I try to sleep Main problem is they are so Frequent like if I try to sleep i jerk then I open my eyes and when I try to sleep again I jerk It's really frustrating and interfering my sleep Please help me 😔 Any suggestions would be grateful 🙏
