Being as a body builder after 7 months of my practice. Should i take steroid for better muscle growth. Or if i take which one is going to be better and effective. But no dangerous side effects. Need recommendations. Please help Thank you

Please don't take steroids. None of them are safe. The side effect list is extensive and it could reduce sperm count and the chances of fathering a child
