Muscle cramp in lower leg

Had a change of exercise routine and cramped the calf of right leg. 3+ days and the muscle still is hard to touch. Can't walk, can't stand proper

HELLO, TAKE A BUCKET FULL OF HOT WATER ADD SOME COMMON SALT DIP YOUR LEG SO CALF MUSCLE RELAX DUE TO WARM WATER, AS WELL AS PAIN REDUCED. TWO TIMES A  DAY FOR TEN MINUTES.FOR FIVE DAYS. TAB FLEXON MR TWO TIMES A DAY FOR FIVE DAYS O.K, BYE.
