Experiencing muscle fasiculation/contraction in right hand for past 3 months, there is no pain. Please advice.

Hello..well sometimes it happens.. Do not panic or worry...you need to have food rich in calcium and vitamin d...maintain proper diet..you can as well consult a neurologist and once get examined if its anything to worry about..hope you get well soon....thank you!!!
