Murmurs in heart

Echo report taken on 24 august2016 mild mitral regurgitation Mild tricuspid regurgitation and mild pulmonary artery hypertension Mild left ventricle dilation. Visited general physician today for cold n fever Complaints with cough and no wheezing.dr noticed murmurs n asked to consult cardiologist Previously there were no murmurs when examined by cardiologist. Murmurs can be due to heart problem or temporary due to cold n Fever?? As of now she doesn't hv any breathing problem .shes taking medicine for high bp Candace 1.25mg twice a Concor 5mg once.her bp was 120/80 today when checked by general physician.

Hello.. First thing what I would like to clear is the murmurs have not developed due to cold cough or fever..its teh abnormality related to heart...probably the  mitral regurgitation and all which wasild has increased now...yes it's better to seek medical attention immediately...thank you
