Can i take multivite gold supplement after the breakfast? For how long should i take this dose? Since i am in a hostel , my vitamin and nutrients requirements of the body is not fullfilled. Thats why i am thinking to take this supplement since it was adviced by a doctor during my hair fall treatment.

Hello , yes if you want you can take it. But we have some food which are rich in multi-vitamin. Which can be stored for long periods of time . That will full fill your daily requirement also.
