I am 4.5 months postpartum...my baby is on both breastfed and formula feed..I am getting very tired of lacking nutrition in my diet .. can I take this multivitamin..is it safe while breastfeeding...my baby is taking vitamin d3 and iron drops..I am taking calcium 500... please help.
