Multivitamin Question
I am on birth control pills and would like to start taking a vitamin that contains fennel extract and will only be taking about 100mg a day.
Is this going to interfere with my birth control?
Fennel extract is herbal product and does not create any problems. In my opinion you can take it if you are sure that this vitamin pill would not be containing any other cheap harmful ingredient.
