Hi doc presently in 5th month 18 weeks pregnant . My doc just gave Shelcal dexorange . Please let me know safe multivitamin as we r pure vegetarians .. am wrried as am not taking enough food and vomiting some of it . So please let me know safe multivitamin to continue and also should I continue folic acid through out 9 months ?
