I have got multiple white dot over my penis skin. This is first time i got such dots over penis. They did not give pain neither i got any itching. I keep the skin dry. I have removed hairs from private part 30 days back using trimmer and then all of sudden aftet few days dots start appering. Please suggest?

You may be having molluscum contagiosum which is a viral infection and it comes as white dots which are asymptomatic​. Please send photos for confirmation of diagnosis and advice on treatment.
