Endrometal thickness is 9 mm Multiple focal well defined hypoechoic lesions largest 3 measuring F1 -39×35×32 mm right wall intramural), F2-19×16×14 mm ( posterior sub- serosal ), F3-F2-24×20×18mm ( anterior sub- serosal) noted. Cervix is normal. Both ovaries shows multiple small follicles in peripheral location with central stromal echogenicity. Right ovary measures 27×24×19 mm(vol. 6.7cc) Left ovary measures 25×22×16 mm(vol. 5.81cc) no free fluid seen in pelvis
