I have multiple small lumps under the skin,  feel like muscle tissue, on both my arms, biceps and forearms and lower back side, one on abdomen and one on thigh. The lumps are not big, not painful and my brother and mother have two or three similar lumps, so it might be genetic. What am I suffering from and what should I do?
