It is very rare to get so many moles on the face. It might be DPN's or freckles that you have confused with moles. They cannot be removed with any creams. You have to get it removed by a dermatologist if you want it gone. That procedure is called electrocautery. Only thing you can do as of now is use good sunscreens regularly so that it doesn't increase in number. Even if they are moles also, only way to get them removed if by getting electrocautery done.
