Multiple fibroids in uterus of 10 mm

She found multiple fibroids in uterus of 10 mm in ultrasound test of whole abdomen. She is also going through heavy blood flow during periods. We have gone through Pap smear test also and the report is normal. We have done all test like KFT, LFT, Thyroid, Diabetes, HIV, Hapatitis,pt,ct,bt,CBC,ECG,Chest x-ray and all the reports are normal. So what should we do for that. Please help me with this.

If bleeding is heavy and not tolerate then choice is either surgery or medical treatment.You can try medicine for minimum 3 months.Again get done ultrasonography to know the size of the fibroid if no improvement then surgery.
