Nothing active need to be done if no  symptoms. But few blood and urine investigations will be helpful in management. Also if u pass a stone in urine ,examination of stone will also help. Take plenty of liquids.. And if any time u experience severe pain... Possibly stone has passed down the ureter... And u may need to rush to a doctor

Assuming dat d report is Ultrasound abdomen, we  need to get a CT kub to decide up on exact management of Stones. Medical management is advisable as of now as per ur description.
