Multinodular goitre

My father 61 yrs old is having rt sided 2×2cm thyroid nodule since one month which is movable. Fnac shows colloid nodule. Ct contrast shows this predominant nodule and many smaller nodules on both the lobes which are not palpable. No evidence of solidification and calcification. Intervening parenchyma appears normal. need ur valuable opinion sir.

You should do his serum thyroglobulin levels. An fnac report may not be indicative of the entire gland but only a small representative sample. Also, has a good sonography been done?
