Multi nodal goitre

Before 3 months ultrasound fund some goitre size very small . So please guide treatment this disease.Treatment under INMAS hospital.

It is a common ultrasound incidental finding to see small goitre. You may need to undergo fine needle aspiration cytology and thyroid function tests to confirm that it is a benign lesion. If so small goitre can be left alone. Only if increases in size in further treatment is necessary
