Continue breastfeeding the child. Stool frequency and consistency changes over time. If baby have no fever, taking feeds well, passing urine normally and gaining weight them no need to worry.
Next Steps
Visit nearby pediatrician in the case of fever, lethargy and not taking feeds.

If he has developed cough and was taking medicines for the same, the cough will be swallowed and removed in poop. Nothing to worry if baby is feeding appropriately as before and is active and playful.
Next Steps
Consult nearby Pediatrician if frequency of loose motions increase.
