Sir a lot of mucus or bulgum comes out of my body for last 2 years...Sir also there is neck spine pain with clicking sound ...What is it actually ...Is it tuberculosis or something else

Your information is not sufficient, mucous problem may be  a respiratory issue, neck pain is a ortho or neurological issue.you have wasted 2yrs and it is a high time  to meet Dr and get investigated.
