Mucosal thickening

I had my ncct scan of pns area done. And reports stated that I had mucosal thickening in sphenoid sinus, along walls of bilateral maxillary sinuses, in the posterior air cells of bilateral ethmoidal sinuses and bilateral ostio-meatal units are compromised by mucosal thickening at the hiatus semi-lunaris. Is there something to worry about?

If you have symptoms of chronic rhinosinusitis such as nasal congestion, facial heaviness, nasal discharge for long time then CT findings correlate with sinusitis and you need to consider medical or surgical treatment for chronic rhinosinusitis. If you don't have any of nose symptoms then you not worry about CT findings
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
